Dance Impressions is a nationally recognized dance studio with 500+ students and 30 employees at two locations in Davis County, Utah. Dance Impressions initially approached me for various graphic design needs. My role quickly and organically expanded as Dance Impressions presented the need for for corporate consulting and creative/marketing/communication direction.

>> To evaluate corporate identity and organizational culture, I facilitated a 15-hour strategic whiteboard session with the owners of Dance Impressions. This deep-dive exercise explored every facet of their partnership and business operations. We reviewed internal processes, assessed organizational behavior, conducted individual performance and goal evaluations, and identified operational strengths and areas for improvement. The session also included communication training and helped clarify the company’s core values, goals, and long-term vision.
Based on this in-depth analysis, I developed a comprehensive, year-long corporate restructuring plan centered on four core pillars: Foundation, Structure, Communication, and Connection.
